Who can purchase from DAS?

DAS sells products to the electronic security trade. Many of the products we carry require specialised state-based licenses to be able to resell and install. Our customers are largely tradespeople or system integrators who specialise in the installation and maintenance of electronic security systems including surveillance, intrusion detection, access control, intercoms and more.

I have an account with Dicker Data — can I purchase from DAS?

You’ll be able to purchase some products from DAS. These will mainly be products that don’t require specialised licenses to resell and install. Your login to the Dicker Data website should already allow you to see and purchase these products. To access other DAS products, you should speak with your account manager, but note that some products will not be available unless you are appropriately licensed. 

How do I become a DAS customer?

If you are a tradesperson or system integrator in the electronic security industry, you can apply to become a customer on our website by filling out the registration form.

Do you offer training for your products?

Yes, we offer training for our products to help our customers become more knowledgeable about the products they are installing and maintaining. Some products require a level of certification before they can be purchased from DAS and we can assist you in getting these certifications.

Do you offer warranty on your products?

Yes, we offer warranty on all our products. The length of the warranty varies depending on the product.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we can offer discounts on bulk orders of some items. Please contact your account manager or our sales team for more information. 

Do you offer installation services?

We do not offer installation services, but we can recommend tradespeople and companies that specialise in the installation of electronic security systems.
