The DAS dedicated Technical Pre-Sales team is available to help you design total security solutions based on your specific project needs, including assisting with tender responses, attending local site surveys, and RFQ/RFT briefings.
We'll assist you to navigate the complex multi-vendor integration options available, ensuring you develop a seamless solution across all your clients' access control, intrusion, IT hardware, and surveillance needs.
DAS offers Professional Services as a value-add service for system integrators, to complement your system implementation when it is complex or extremely technical in nature. Our professional services can be provided on-site by members of our Post-Sales team located around the country, in person at any of our trade centre locations, or remotely via technology such as Teams or TeamViewer.
We're always improving
The DAS Technical Support team is growing — we've added more dedicated escalated support technicians to our team, and increased our inbound team numbers to double our previous capacity. You can enjoy improved service as a result.
We've also changed our hours to 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST. After analysing our call volumes, we determined that very few support calls came in after 5:00 PM AEST. Instead of extending out hours past this point, we're making better use of our resources by having more operators on call at the busiest times of day, to reduce wait times and better assist you when you need it.
